"You Are Beautiful" Graffiti Artist Reprise

| The first sign by the artists appeared on the Highland Avenue overpass above the Red Mountain Expressway in October of 2010. In December, someone wrote "Fugly" over the word beautiful and then the DOT covered it. Sometime in the past two weeks, the word beautiful has been added back. |
